Shop Policies

ORIGINAL ARTWORK:

Original Artwork is created on mixed media or watercolor paper, and measure 9 x 12 inches, unless stated otherwise in the description of the listing.

PRINTS:

All prints are printed on high quality heavy card stock, and measure 8 x 10 inches.

SHIPPING PACKAGING:

All products will be packaged in a clear sleeve for protection, and sent in a rigid mailer with a chipboard and fragile sticker to prevent bending/folding.

TRACKING:

All orders will be shipped via USPS with a shipping label and tracking number.

SHIPPING PRICES:

Please understand that shipping is not free. I want myself and customers to be able to track their orders, so I only provide shipping with tracking. Each order will have a shipping fee of $7.50 USD.

SHIPPING REGIONS:

This website only accepts domestic orders within the United States. If you live internationally, please DM me on Instagram (@rimuhime_art) or email me to order, international orders will only be accepted with payments via PayPal.

PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders are packed within 2-3 business days or quicker depending on my availability. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Shipping times start from the date you receive your shipping confirmation, not the date your order was placed. 

SHIPPING DURATION:

Shipping within the United States is approximately 5-7 business days. Please be aware that delivery/tracking times may be extended due to shipping delays. Estimated times can be found by searching the tracking number of your package from the email confirmation, and/or through the USPS website.

LOST/DAMAGED ORDERS:

If your order was damaged or lost in transit, please contact me with photos of the damage or the USPS tracking number that shows your package has not arrived after 3 weeks. Any lost or damaged prints will be replaced and reshipped at no additional cost to the customer. If the product is no longer in stock to fully replace the original order, the customer will have to choose from the current inventory with an item of equal value. Please note that original artwork cannot be reproduced or replaced as they are authentic and unique pieces.

REPRODUCTION:

All products purchased are for personal use only. Reselling or reproducing my art is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

REFUNDS OR RETURNS:

All purchases are final and I DO NOT accept refunds or returns. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you experience any problems with your order. (@rimuhime_art on Instagram and/or [email protected])

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:

Please know that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
